Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Form account from the app, whether or not you have Form Plus.

Before you delete

If you want a copy of your workouts, meals, and other records, open Account & Settings and choose Request portable data export. Download the export and save it to a location you control.

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel Form Plus in Apple subscription settings to stop renewal.

Delete from Form

  1. Sign in to Form.
  2. Open your profile from Today, then Account & Settings.
  3. Choose Delete Form account and data.
  4. Verify your identity using your sign-in method.
  5. Type DELETE and choose Permanently delete account.

This cannot be undone. Your session ends and your account data is scheduled for removal. Active data removal and backup retention follow the Privacy Policy.

Can’t sign in?

On the email sign-in screen, choose Forgot password? to recover access.

If you still cannot access the account, email support@form-fitness.app from the address linked to your account. We may ask you to verify ownership. Do not send passwords or health records.
