Food data sources

Nutrition data in Form comes from the sources below. Check food labels and review serving sizes before logging.

Open Food Facts

Contains information from Open Food Facts, made available under the Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0. Individual database contents are available under the Database Contents License (DbCL) 1.0.

Form uses a public-source product-data mirror for packaged-food discovery and may look up current product records from Open Food Facts. The mirror includes selected product, barcode, nutrient and serving fields, with validation and search indexes. Product images are not included.

Download the public-source mirror

The complete mirror is offered free of charge under ODbL 1.0, with no login required. This download contains public food data, not Form users’ account information, private foods, meals, health data, photos or conversations.

Built September 9, 2026. Contains 4,191,611 indexed product records. Source retrieval and publication dates were not recorded; the manifest identifies the pinned source and its hash. The snapshot may differ from current Open Food Facts records and does not guarantee coverage in every region.
